International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location.

Please Double check all Addresses, Names & email. We cannot change ANY ADDRESS once it is processed. A Reshipment charge will be applied to ALL orders that has been returned to us for Any reason. 
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).



Posh|Allure Beauty is a skincare and Haircare brand. We are a line that is handmade in small batches to preserve all freshness. While it is our deepest hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us,  we understand that every skin type is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products.

Posh|Allure Beauty does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin or hair. If your package arrives damaged and/or broken, no longer want/need the product after being shipped, we are happy to replace it for you or issue a refund. We only accept UNOPENED, unused products that are no longer a want or need. Please send a photo of the damaged items to info@poshallurebeauty.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you.  


When using a coupon code, be sure to input it in the correct spot upon checkout. Codes cannot be added to orders already placed. 



We at Posh|Allure Beauty is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that ANY and ALL fees that you are charged are your responsibility. We will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees if any. 

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
